Transcending time
The NEWEST Meredith. B Studios Collection
“Transcending Time” is the newest collection of work that explores my love of textural art, abstract creativity, and calming landscapes. These landscape abstractions are meant to be a teleportation to special locations in your memory; designed not with specific locations in mind, but feelings. Whether that’s a coastline from your favorite vacation, the last forest trail you explored, or an evening in the mountains. My hope is that “Transcending Time” ignores the limitations of specific memories and instead offers you whatever peace, calm, inspiration, excitement, or happiness that a special place brings you.
Spectrum
The “Spectrum” collection has quickly become a signature style of mine and is one collection that is perpetually growing.
Visually these pieces are simple and satisfying yet hold an enormous amount of personality and complexity within the individual brush strokes and building texture. Their process is methodical and rhythmic, often offering a very therapeutic experience during their creation.
They brought the studio some much needed color and life in 2020 with the pandemic and since have been a fun way for me to explore color palettes that would otherwise go unexplored.
